JQ International’s Leadership Programming is designed to:

• Develop and foster young leaders amongst the Jewish GLBT community

• Expand and enhance the skills of existing leadership

• Strengthen the organization as a peer run movement

Examples of JQ International’s Leadership Programming include:

• A Leadership Shabbot Dinner Series with monthly theme’s of leadership development

• Participation opportunities with program and service development committees
