As every community seeks to better understand the needs of its Gay, Lesbian, Bi & Transgender (GLBT) members, JQ International is there to provide case-by-case consulting, training, and programs kits to assist in GLBT inclusion efforts. Our goal is to ensure a safe and integrated space for GLBT Jews in all Jewish communities.

These programs provide intensive peer support to a cohort of Jewish educators and lay leaders. In addition, facilitator training and technical support networks are available to participating institutions. These resources form a supportive curriculum guide appropriate for grades 7-12 and the educators that serve them.
GLBT inclusion consulting, training and programming utilize three main strategies:
- Understanding GLBT identities and their unique needs
- Creating environments that promote healthy and positive participation
- Building proactive educational opportunities within heteronormative organizational cultures
